Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, founded in October 1990, is a prominent state higher education institution in Uzbekistan. It was named after Abu Ali ibn Sino in 1991 and operates under the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan. The institute offers a range of medical programs, including General Medicine, Dentistry, Pediatrics, and Pharmacy, with instruction in Uzbek, Russian, English, and Turkish. It has eight faculties and 43 departments, providing bachelors degrees in 9 areas, masters degrees in 26 specialties, and clinical residency in over 40 specialties.
